The ❄️Winter Term❄️  (Feb-Mar 2025) is now fully booked. 

• If I have to cancel any classes, the catch-up week for those will be w/c 7 April
• There are no classes from 10 - 20 February

Booking dates for the🌺Spring Term🌺 (Apr-Jul 2025) 

• Thursday 20 March @ 8.00pm - current attendees only
• Thursday 27 March @ 8.00pm - those on the Winter and Spring waitlists
• Saturday 29 March @ 10.00am - general booking opens

 You will have the option to book a half term or a full term.

• NB: The Harpenden term  will start from Mon 28 April, due to Easter Monday falling on 21 April, so these will show at the bottom of the class listings when bookings open.

• Full term: 
  •  Harpenden (Mondays): 7 weeks (28 Apr - 30 June) @ £80.50
  • St. Albans (Tues, Weds, Thurs): 9 weeks (22 Apr - 3 July) @ £103.50

• Half term:
  • Harpenden (Mondays): 3 weeks (28 Apr - 19 May) @ £37.50
  • St. Albans (Tues, Weds, Thurs): 5 weeks (22 Apr - 22 May) @ £62.50

• If I have to cancel any classes, the catch-up weeks for those will be w/c 26 May and w/c 7 July
• There are no classes on:
  • Monday 21 April (Easter Monday)
  • Monday 5 May (Bank Holiday Monday)
  • Monday 26 - Thurs 29 May (unless I have to reschedule any preceding classes)

What happens if you as a customer are unable to attend a class?

• Due to class demand, we are generally unable to offer ad-hoc swaps to another class if you need to miss a session. 
• You are however very welcome to Send A Friend with a baby in the same age bracket as your class in your place; please just make sure I am informed of this in advance. 
• You can also request a recording of class activities to enjoy at home if you have to miss a class. 

What happens if I, as the class leader, am unable to run a class?

• If I am unable to run a class, then compensation will be offered in the form of a rescheduled catch-up class at the end of the booking block.
• If customers are unable to attend the re-scheduled catch-up class, a recording of Baby Sensory activities will be offered to enjoy at home.
• to class demand, we are generally unable to offer ad-hoc swaps to another class if you need to miss a session. 

Do you offer trials?

We are unable to offer trials, but if you want to get a feel for our classes before booking, our Instagram page has plenty of videos and photos, and our stories highlights show you what we get up to. 

Twins

We offer a great discount - we only charge for the first baby if one adult attends (think of it as "buy one get one free"!). If two adults attend, the second baby is charged at 50%. Please just book for one baby, then email stalbans@babysensory.co.uk for the other baby to be manually added to your booking - otherwise the system will charge you full price for the second baby!
